How do I reserve my date?
A signed agreement + 50% deposit secure your booking. Remaining balance due before delivery or event date.
What happens if I don’t like the result?
Each package includes up to 2 revision rounds per deliverable. Extra revisions are billed at $75/hr or deducted from plan hours (for monthly clients).
What does “full gallery” mean?
All usable images delivered in color. Retouches are separate and defined per package.
Can I choose which photos get retouched?
Yes — you select your favorites from the delivered gallery.
Do you deliver RAW photo files?
RAW photo files are not included. You receive a curated, color-corrected gallery + selected retouches.
What if I’m late or need to reschedule?
We’ll reschedule based on availability. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable with notice (policy depends on time window).
Do you offer on-site shoots and how does travel work?
Yes. South Florida on-site is available. Travel fees depend on distance (Miami travel fee may apply).

Yes — teleprompter is available as an add-on. We can also help structure talking points for clarity.
What happens if I don’t like the edit?
Each edited deliverable includes up to 2 revision rounds within the original scope. Additional changes are billed at $75/hr.
What’s the turnaround time?
Edited episodes typically deliver in ~5 business days. Reels and cutdowns follow the package scope.
Can you record on-site?
Yes. On-site video includes videographer + audio + basic lighting. Minimum hours may apply.

What does the Community Manager do?
Posting, scheduling, formatting, captions, and basic engagement monitoring aligned to the content calendar.
How do you measure success?
CPA, lead volume, conversion tracking, and ROI-based reporting. We review results on the plan cadence.
Do I need a website to run ads?
Strongly recommended. If tracking is broken, results can’t be measured. That’s why Tech & Data Setup exists (Pixel + GA4 + GTM + events).
What happens if I don’t like the creative?

What’s the difference between Growth Partner and PPC Management Plus?
Growth Partner includes full growth operations (ads + posting + bi-weekly strategy). PPC Management Plus is focused on Google Search intent + monthly 2-hour review.
